Lucky Egg is run by me - Lucy from my parents' conservatory. (Very glamorous)
I'm a multi-disciplinary artist and designer currently working in polymer clay jewellery and linocut printmaking. I got my degree in Set and Costume Design at drama school.
I am a lover of denim jeans, mini eggs and HAIM (the band).
Why Lucky Egg?
I've always been interested in superstitions and the concept of luck. As a small child I would search through lawns and fields for four leaf clovers and would keep hold of many strange items that I thought could bring me luck.
An old flatmate from uni often used to say that someone was a 'good egg' if she liked them. Something about that phrase stuck with me.
Every single person that orders from me is a good egg in my books, I am excited and very grateful each time an order comes through. It blows my mind that people want to spend their hard earned money on something I made with my hands.
