How much do you charge for postage?
UK Postage is FREE and I use Royal Mail 2nd Class
How long until my item is dispatched?
It usually takes me 1-2 business days to dispatch an order unless the piece is listed as Made To Order or Custom, and those pieces will have a time estimate on the listing. During busy periods the dispatch time will take a little longer than usual.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes! I love making customs, if you are interested in commissioning me to make a piece please send me an email or a DM on Instagram. I might occasionally close custom ordering during busy periods.
How do I keep my Lucky Egg handmade earrings looking good?
I recommend storing earrings somewhere clean, dry and away from other metal jewellery as they can scratch over time. If you're keeping them in a jewellery box with other items, try popping a piece of cloth or even a tissue round them to keep them looking nice!
To clean, I recommend a soft dry cloth or an unscented baby wipe if necessary. (Please don't use chemicals like nail varnish remover!)
Do you sell earrings that have been worn?
Nope! Any earrings you see modelled on the website or social media are either my own pair, have been temporarily stuck to an ear with tape or I have changed the stud/hook/hoop over. I take hygiene verrrry seriously!
